No. Customer bookings originate from connected partner taxi company websites (such as Tamil Taxi, PKT Call Taxi) via secure REST APIs. U Cabs operates as the central driver management and ride dispatch engine.

Drivers maintain a minimum wallet balance (default ₹100). When a ride is completed, the admin commission (e.g. 15%) is automatically debited from the prepaid wallet, leaving the cash fare collected with the driver.

When a mandatory document (Driving Licence, FC, Commercial Insurance, Permit) expires, U Cabs automatically marks the document expired and blocks the driver from going online or receiving new rides until renewed.
